1. Service Description
Alesha is an AI-powered chatbot service for live streamers on YouTube and Twitch. The service reads live chat messages, generates AI responses, translates content, moderates chat, and provides analytics. The service is managed through a Telegram bot and a web dashboard.
2. Account & Registration
You must have a Telegram account to register. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the right to connect the YouTube/Twitch accounts you link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Alesha to: generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; spam or harass other users; violate YouTube or Twitch terms of service; circumvent platform rate limits or restrictions; or impersonate other individuals or entities.
4. AI-Generated Content
Alesha generates responses using AI (OpenAI GPT). While we strive for appropriate and helpful responses, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are ultimately responsible for content posted to your channel by the bot. You can disable the bot at any time with /off.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Free accounts have limited features. Paid plans (Starter, Pro) are billed monthly. Payments can be made via Stripe (card) or Telegram Stars. Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you purchase each month individually. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us via Telegram.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on third-party APIs (YouTube, Twitch, OpenAI, DeepL) which may experience their own outages. We are not liable for missed messages or downtime caused by third-party service interruptions.
7. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time by sending /off and /logout to the Telegram bot. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then deleted.
8. Limitation of Liability
Alesha is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, channel penalties, or data loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via Telegram. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
